1. Processing & Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days based on inventory. After processing, they ship via USPS (3-8 business days). You can upgrade to Priority Mail or UPS (2-4 business days).
- Shipping Responsibility: Once handed to USPS/UPS, they are responsible for any damages or delays. We provide a tracking number for your convenience.
- Wrong Address: Contact us within 2 hours if you need to update your shipping address. After shipping, a reshipping label must be purchased if the item is returned.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- No Returns: As our products are customized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there are clear manufacturing errors.
- Exceptions: If you receive a damaged item or there is a mistake with your order, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence, and return the item within 14 days for an exchange.
- One-Time Exchange: We allow one exchange per eligible item. Returned items must be in original condition.
3. Custom Orders
- Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
4. Proof Approval
- A design proof will be sent for your approval before printing. You have 72 hours to approve the proof. Major design changes may incur a fee of $15 or more.
