Shipping Polices

At Crafter Guru, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing: Our processing time will be 1-5 business days *BEFORE* shipment based on supply inventory and availability. We will ship your order (AFTER the processing time) by USPS instead of standard First Class (3-8 business days). You can always upgrade to Priority Mail or UPS (2-4 business days). 


2. Shipping Carrier Responsibility: Once your order has been handed over to the designated shipping carrier (such as USPS or UPS), any damages or issues that occur during transit are the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier. As a result, we are unable to accept liability for any damages that may occur during shipping.

3. Damage Claims: In the event that you receive a damaged item, we kindly ask that you file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Please provide them with all relevant information and supporting documentation, including photographs of the damaged packaging and items, as this will assist them in processing your claim effectively. We will also be happy to assist you in any way possible during this process.

4. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your orders, please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Factors such as weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact the delivery timeline. However, rest assured that we will provide you with a tracking number for your order, which will allow you to track its progress and stay updated on its estimated delivery date. If your package is marked "Delivered", you will need to file a claim with your local post office. If the USPS cannot find it, you will need to file a loss or theft claim with the USPS and local law enforcement. Stolen mail is a crime and should be reported!

5. Shipping Methods and Tracking: We primarily ship orders using USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the destination and size of the package. Upon shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can easily monitor the progress of your order through the shipping carrier's website.

6. International Shipping: For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on potential fees that may apply to your order.

7. HELP! I WRITE WRONG ADRESS AND NEED TO UPDATE IT. We can update your address! It is not necessary to cancel the order. Simply message us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll update it for us! Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to update the address and therefore cannot resend the item until it is returned to us. You can purchase a list of RESHIPPING labels from our store to send it to the correct address once we receive the returned package. Please double check your shipping address BEFORE placing your order. We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
