Orders & Processing
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days depending on product availability.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet shipped.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
Orders shipped via non-tracked methods cannot be modified once dispatched.
Cancellations
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Orders cannot be modified once placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50.
Do you combine multiple orders?
Orders placed separately are processed separately. Shipping charges are calculated per transaction at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
United States: 3–7 business days (after processing).
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Tina Makes LLC.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays.
Tracking Information
Tracking is included on most orders unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Certain economy shipping options (such as stamped or letter mail) do not include tracking. By selecting a non-tracked shipping method, the customer accepts full responsibility for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages.
Non-tracked shipments are not eligible for replacements or refunds.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues.
Lost / Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages in transit, or packages marked as “Delivered.”
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly to initiate a claim or investigation.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and U.S. territories.
Returns & Store Credit
Returns & Store Credit Policy
Please Read Carefully
We want you to love your items! If you are not completely satisfied with your physical purchase, we offer returns for Store Credit within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Returns must be approved before being sent back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Store Credit equal to the item value will be issued. Store Credit does not include original shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
For intellectual property and immediate access reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or Store Credit:
- Digital products and downloads
- Memberships or subscription products
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Apparel
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Mystery items
Digital Products
Digital Products Policy
All digital products, downloads, and electronic content are final sale.
Due to the immediate access and nature of digital goods, no returns, refunds, or Store Credit will be issued under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that digital products are non-refundable.

How to Access Your Download
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a secure download link.
You may also access your digital purchases at any time by logging into your Crafter Guru Shop account and viewing your order history.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at craftergurushop@gmail.com.
Products & Materials
Apparel & Sizing
All apparel items are made to order. Please review the sizing chart carefully before purchasing.
Due to the made-to-order nature of apparel, we do not accept returns or Store Credit for sizing errors.
Mug Care Instructions
For best results, we recommend hand washing to preserve design quality. Extended dishwasher use may reduce print longevity.
Production & Quality
All printed products are designed and produced in-house by Tina Makes LLC.
Each item is carefully printed, cut, and finished in our studio to maintain consistent quality standards. Due to the handmade production process, slight variations in color, alignment, or finishing may occur.
These subtle differences are a natural part of small-batch production and do not affect the overall quality or functionality of the product.
Payments & Policies
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment system.
Pricing & Errors
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel orders arising from such errors.
